Servins tree care did a wonderful job. It’s been several years since our trees were trimmed. They were starting to grow over the roof which was just replaced a couple years ago. We had the honor of meeting Jose before Hurricane Beryl that hit Houston on July 7th 2024, we had originally called him to trim our 200 yo Red Oak, he was in awe with the beauty of the tree, immediately noticed we had a momma woodpecker living up high in the tree which he said he would need to save/relocate before starting the trimming process. We immediately knew we found the right guy for the job!! Fast forward, the tree succumbed to the high winds that came through Sugarland. The tree was uprooted and now in tree heaven. Jose was quick to respond to my request. He came out promptly to access and give me a quote on the work that I wanted to get done. His quote was reasonable for the amount of work. We set a date to get it done. I had to change the date and he was agreeable to reschedule and on that date he was on time early with his crew. The work was done in a short amount of time. I had a tree that was hit by lightening months ago. A family member assured me that I had plenty of time to get it cut down. Turns out the tree died FAST!! On Thursday, October 28, 2021, Houston had super high winds that took down a lot of trees and knocked out power. I promised myself then and there that I would move forward with getting estimates to have the tree removed. Servin's Tree Care was recommended to me by a colleague. They provided the fastest and most-economical estimate for the tree removal and stump grinding. They scheduled our tree removal for the following Monday, November 1st. They had a crew of three and artfully removed the tree without incident within four hours. A neighbor of mine had a tree in very close proximity removed (the stump remains) and it took that company two full days to remove and they dropped all kind of debris onto my roof and carport. He was honest in his answers when we asked to trim more limbs of the tree. They run a well established operation. Had proof of insurance as requested with the quote, showed up properly geared with safety, did not make a lot of unnecessary yelling and noise. Servin's Tree Care did a great job clearing brush and trimming pecan trees (4 days) on our farm located on the San Gabriel River; near Thorndale. I highly recommend Jose and his crew for being fast, efficient and safe. Servin's also charged us at reasonable rates.
